Our Profile

Our first venture was started by our Managing Partner Mr. M.Ramesh  in the late 80’s in a very small way in Coimbatore and subsequently we have been involved in various areas of business interests including Office Space Hiring, Financial  and Banking services, Telecommunication services, Food & Beverages, Property Promotion and Hospitality.

Co-works History

We were the first and exclusive Business Centre launched in Coimbatore, offering Office Space Hiring and other range of services. Sabol Business Communication Centre was opened on 27th August’1990 at R.S.Puram in the presence of leading Industrialists, Corporate Executives, Professionals, Well Wishers and Friends.

We are proud to share that many top corporate and leading entities including  Sterling Holiday Resorts, Tata Consultancy Services,  Tata Elxsi, Mahindra Holidays, Ferti Plant Engineering, Mastek, Serene Dye stuff Industries, ABC Consultants, IFB Bosch, Susin Technologies, etc., started their Coimbatore operations by hiring their office space at our centre.

This business was eventually closed down due to various reasons including invasion of Pagers, Mobile Technology and an overall change in the communication scenario.

Now Sabol Business Communication Centre has been re-launched as Sabol Coworks at a standalone property at the heart of the city at Tatabad, Coimbatore. Sabol Coworks has close proximity to all commercial establishments, recreational centre’s, hotels, hospitals, railway station, etc.,

Sabol Cowokrs has an outlay plan to provide more than fifty private cabins and workstations. Sabol is also set to launch a premium Cafetaria within the premises.

Sabol Co-Works has a storied history that began in 1990 when we were established as a premier business center. Our commitment to excellence was evident from the start, with state-of-the-art facilities, including fax machines, printers, executive cabins, crop chairs, and fully equipped conference rooms.

Over the years, Sabol has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of businesses. In the 1990s to 2024, we expanded our services to include advanced communication tools, high-speed internet, modern audio-visual facilities, and more sophisticated office equipment. This transformation was guided by our core values of adaptability and customer-centric service.

Now in 2024, we are officially relaunching as Sabol Co-Works, a modern co-working space that honors our heritage while supporting the future. Our current facilities include high-speed internet, flexible workstations, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces designed to support a diverse range of professionals. We have preserved elements of our original setup, such as the reception area and executive offices, integrating them with contemporary facilities to create a unique blend of tradition and modernity.
